By booking an appointment and proceeding with the consultation services provided by Mir Tausif Islam, you (the “Client”) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This document serves as an official disclaimer and a binding agreement between the Client and Mir Tausif Islam. Mir Tausif Islam provides general guidance and informational support.The information provided is based on personal research, publicly available resources, and individual experiences. It does not constitute legal advice, professional migration consultation, or financial advisory services. I acknowledge that Mir Tausif Islam is not a registered migration agent, lawyer, or financial advisor and does not hold any professional certification in migration law. All guidance provided is based on personal opinions and publicly available data. Mir Tausif Islam shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or misleading information provided during consultations. Any decisions made based on the consultation are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the Client. Mir Tausif Islam is not responsible for any financial loss, visa rejection, university admission refusal, changes in immigration policies, or any other consequences resulting from the use of the information provided. The client understands and agrees that there are no guarantees, warranties, or assurances provided regarding visa approvals, permanent residency pathways, university admissions, or employment opportunities in Australia. Immigration laws, university admission criteria, and government policies are subject to change, and Mir Tausif Islam does not have control over these changes. While Mir Tausif Islam will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of client information, no guarantee is given regarding absolute data security. The Client acknowledges that consultations may involve discussions regarding personal, financial, and educational details, and it is their responsibility to share such information at their own risk. The Client acknowledges that they are making independent decisions and are not relying solely on the information provided by Mir Tausif Islam. The Client agrees to conduct their own due diligence, consult appropriate professionals, and verify information from official sources before making any final decisions. All consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed. Mir Tausif Islam does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the service, perceived inaccuracies, or adverse outcomes resulting from the consultation. This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of Mir Tausif Islam’s services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mir Tausif Islam and its representatives from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising from the use of the consultation services. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Mir Tausif Islam. No verbal statements, promises, or representations shall alter the terms of this agreement. By booking a consultation and proceeding with the services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
